Updating Personal Information
Your account profile holds crucial personal and contact details. To edit your name, phone, or address:
- Navigate to My Profile.
- Click Edit next to your personal information.
- Make changes and click Save.
Managing Your Devices & Orders
View all active home sleep testing kits, CPAP machines, and supplies in My Devices. From here you can:
- Check device status: “In Use,” “Awaiting Return,” or “Shipped.”
- Initiate returns or request replacement parts.
- Submit support requests directly linked to a device.
Subscription & Supply Scheduling
If you have a supplies subscription (e.g., mask cushions), the Subscriptions tab shows your delivery cadence. Within this section you can:
- Adjust frequency: monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly.
- Pause or skip upcoming shipments.
- Add one-time extra orders outside your regular schedule.
Payment Methods & Billing
Under Payment Methods, you can securely store and manage credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, or bank accounts. To add a new payment method:
- Click Add Payment.
- Enter card or bank details and billing address.
- Verify small test charge if prompted.
Notifications & Communication Preferences
Stay informed by customizing how SleepEz communicates with you. In Preferences:
- Enable email or SMS alerts for shipment reminders.
- Opt in to monthly newsletter updates.
- Manage data-sharing consents for healthcare partners.
Account Security & Password Management
Protect your data by setting a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA):
- Go to Security Settings.
- Click Change Password to update your credentials.
- Toggle Enable 2FA, then scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
