Updating Personal Information

Your account profile holds crucial personal and contact details. To edit your name, phone, or address:

  • Navigate to My Profile.
  • Click Edit next to your personal information.
  • Make changes and click Save.
Keeping this information current ensures timely device shipments and accurate reporting.

Managing Your Devices & Orders

View all active home sleep testing kits, CPAP machines, and supplies in My Devices. From here you can:

  • Check device status: “In Use,” “Awaiting Return,” or “Shipped.”
  • Initiate returns or request replacement parts.
  • Submit support requests directly linked to a device.
This centralized view prevents misplacement and streamlines supply management.

Subscription & Supply Scheduling

If you have a supplies subscription (e.g., mask cushions), the Subscriptions tab shows your delivery cadence. Within this section you can:

  • Adjust frequency: monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly.
  • Pause or skip upcoming shipments.
  • Add one-time extra orders outside your regular schedule.
Auto-ship ensures you never run out of essentials.

Payment Methods & Billing

Under Payment Methods, you can securely store and manage credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, or bank accounts. To add a new payment method:

  1. Click Add Payment.
  2. Enter card or bank details and billing address.
  3. Verify small test charge if prompted.
For past invoices and statements, visit the Billing History section and download PDFs as needed.

Notifications & Communication Preferences

Stay informed by customizing how SleepEz communicates with you. In Preferences:

  • Enable email or SMS alerts for shipment reminders.
  • Opt in to monthly newsletter updates.
  • Manage data-sharing consents for healthcare partners.
Tailor notifications to suit your lifestyle and privacy needs.

Account Security & Password Management

Protect your data by setting a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA):

  • Go to Security Settings.
  • Click Change Password to update your credentials.
  • Toggle Enable 2FA, then scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
Regularly reviewing your login activity and signing out of inactive sessions helps keep your account secure.
