SleepEz offers a variety of payment methods so you can choose the one that’s most convenient and cost-effective for you.

1. Credit & Debit Cards

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Enter your card details securely during checkout, and you can:

  • Manage multiple cards in your account settings

2. HSA/FSA Accounts

If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you can pay for eligible SleepEz equipment and services using your HSA/FSA card. Simply select “HSA/FSA” at checkout and swipe your benefits card like a debit card. Retain your receipt in case you need to submit additional documentation to your benefits administrator.

3. PayPal & Digital Wallets

5. Billing & Receipts

After each transaction, you’ll receive an emailed receipt with

  • Itemized charges and dates
  • Payment method used
  • Order confirmation number

Receipts are also stored in your account’s Billing History, where you can download PDFs for your records or insurance reimbursement.

6. Best Practices

  • Verify your billing address matches your card’s registered address to avoid transaction errors.
  • Keep your payment methods up to date to prevent interruptions in auto-ship subscriptions.
  • Review your Billing History monthly to confirm all charges are accurate.
